How do you relax?
When I have a chance I'll book myself into a yoga class, Mercedes from Yeotown has classes at the Bulgari Hotel which are unadulterated bliss. I particularly like Vinyasa Flow for the repetitive movements which challenge you whilst also channeling all your concentration into breathing and movement. If I don't have time for yoga I'll rush home to put the baby to bed and unwind with a Neom scented candle and a cup of lemongrass and ginger tea… or a glass of wine!

What are you favourite Neom scents?
My current favourite is the Enchantment scent; the bluebell is wonderfully lifting and reminds me of the blankets of bluebells covering the woods near to where I grew up. I also love the Relax fragrance; the combination of French lavender, geranium and juniper never fails to help me unwind and de-stress after a busy day.

How to do stay healthy?
I walk to-and-from work through Hyde Park which takes an hour each way so it really clears my mind pre-working day and helps to de-clutter it afterwards. I love watching the park change with each season. I also try to make time for yoga but am failing miserably at the moment!

What are your favourite recipes?
At the moment it’s a James Duigan recipe for Seabass with Leeks and Shitake mushrooms.

What Neom products you love & why?
I adore any of the candles, I'm just candle obsessed and make sure to light one every evening after the baby is in bed, her bottles are sterilised and dinner is under way. It is the best start to the evening! And I also love the Complete Bliss Body Oil. I always apply it to damp skin and instantly feel like I've just left a spa – even if it’s in a hurried moment stolen between nappy changing (the baby) and getting dressed (me) for the day!

Do you have any lifestyle tips you can share with us being a working mum?
Don't listen to anyone else – you'll have so much advice pushed your way its mind boggling so I take it all with a pinch of salt and just go by what feels best for me and the baby. Also make time for yourself – even if it’s just half an hour a day to have a bath, light a candle and breathe. Time flashes past when you've had a baby and it’s all too easy to put everyone else first and forget yourself.

How do you use your handcream?
I always have a tube of it in my handbag and also by my bed. But my best trick is to multi- task – before you do the washing up run a deep, hot sink of water, saturate your hands with the cream and put those gorgeous yellow gloves on! By the time you've drained the sink, the cream will have sunk into your hands beautifully leaving them super soft! Although that trick dates back to the 1950s, and thankfully now washing up is a shared task!
