Extremely Disappointed (Review by Hayley)

I received this lighter as a birthday present last weekend, lit 3 candles and now it does not work anymore.
I checked if it needed gas but it's full. I was expecting quality and am highly disappointed.

I love this lighter as it is good on the eye and yet does the job. However like one of your other reviewers I find the clicker very stiff. I have arthritus and adore Neom candles so am disappointed that it is so difficult to use. Please look at this.

Good reach (Review by Adam)

Looks good enough to leave on the mantle piece with a candle, and long enough to reach the wicks as they burn down.

I bought a refill bottle and top the lighter up when needed. Saves me turning the candle upside-down to reach the wicks and burning my fingers with other mainstream lighters.

Pretty lighter but no gas! (Review by PixieT)

Rather frustratingly my candle lighter arrived just in time for Christmas with no gas in it! It is a lovely piece but the clicker on it is quite stiff which again is rather frustrating.
I ordered it really because of the aesthetics of the piece and the fact that it mathces my candle collection perfectoly, however please bear in mind if you do order one of these, you'll need to go out and buy lighter fuel too!

Note from Neom - Our Candle Lighters should arrive filled with gas. We have arranged a replacement.
