The Job

An exciting Junior/Middleweight Digital Designer role has arisen within the Neom Organics Digital department. Neom Organics London, one of the fastest growing luxury organic brands in the UK. Working within the core design team, this is an amazing opportunity to get involved in helping to define, design and improve neomorganics.com as a whole.

We are looking for a fresh talented designer who is focused on furthering their career. Additionally, it would also be suited to someone starting out as the existing experienced team can offer training. Candidates should be full of ideas and passionate for everything digital design and have a strong interest in design and technology trends, digital innovation and pixel perfection.

The role will encompass Direct Marketing, code and design. You will assist in the creation of mobile responsive emails for use in the direct marketing programme, and update them on an ongoing basis with the launch of each new campaign keeping the emails fresh and relevant and designing beautiful editorial features, working on layout, concept and art direction from our digital team. The role will work across all of our platforms from Desktop, Mobile and Social.

The key focus will be to support the Digital Designer on designing and artworking unique and fresh design executions across all online collateral including – website homepages, online promotions, landing pages, online editorial features, blogs, newsletters, social media, and affiliate/display banners.

Key Responsibilities...

  • • Working across multiple channels with the digital design team to produce innovative solutions and high quality design for the eCommerce site and other digital platforms.
  • • Working on specific sections of the desktop site, mobile site to improve functionality and aesthetics.
  • • Hand-code responsive emails (based on an existing template).
  • • List management & scheduling via MailChimp.
  • • Demonstrate an understanding of web development and platforms to inform design decisions.
  • • Develop strong User Interfaces and develop UX wireframes/layouts into pixel perfect designs that not only look beautiful but perform for our business.
  • • Support more senior designer and art director by creating emails, page designs and social content using an established look and feel.
  • • Keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors to help inform innovative ideas.
  • • Design and code emails for both desktop and mobile.
  • • Aiding the wider design team in the understanding and production of good User Interface and Editorial design.

Must haves

  • • Experience designing cross-platform - understanding the specifics of designing for Desktop, Mobile and Tablets.
  • • Strong sense of typography and layout and good attention to detail.
  • • Awareness of good contemporary digital design & pixel perfection.
  • • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (experts in Photoshop ).
  • • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS.
  • • A stunning portfolio of digital designs full of thought-provoking work with excellent skill & attention to detail.
  • • Ability to work quickly and on many projects at once, changing priorities if necessary.
  • • Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving the content of the site.
  • • Eager to learn and develop your skills.

We are currently looking for a Wellbeing therapist to join the Neom team based in our Wimbledon Village store... An experienced Holistic Spa Therapist who will deliver exceptional Neom Wellbeing treatments for both the mind and body.

This special individual needs to be a team player who is passionate about wellbeing. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and a real passion for natural, organic products as well as a holistic approach to treating clients.

We would like our therapists to demonstrably live and breathe a healthy lifestyle focused on all aspects of their personal wellbeing.

Neom's requirements

  • • NVQ level 3 or similar level spa related qualifications and be fully qualified in massage and facials
