Job Description

Neom Organics is now the fastest growing wellbeing fragrance brand in the UK, inspiring women to lead healthier lives. We are the only brand dedicated to creating products that are 100% natural with true wellbeing benefits.

The brand has received a staggering 800 pieces of press coverage in the last year alone and won over 45 awards including Vogue’s Top Ten Beauty Launches of 2014. Neom has a massive following from the likes of Kate Moss, Kylie Minogue, Sienna Miller and many more.

In November 2014 we launched our first ever standalone store with treatment rooms in Wimbledon Village and we are looking for beauty therapists who share our passion for wellbeing.

For the past nine years, Neom have been asked to create treatments. However just like our products (which take us years to perfect), we weren’t ready to launch anything until our proposition was truly considered, luxurious and had real purpose. We wanted to say, hand-on-heart that our pioneering Neom Wellbeing Treatments would bring something fresh and innovative to the industry.

By drawing together the most effective elements of a whole host of therapies and twisting them into a unique wellbeing proposition, we’ve devised a ground-breaking collection of Wellbeing Treatments which spins the traditional way of approaching spa treatments on its head.

Entitled simply, Sleep, De-Stress, Happiness and Energise, the time our customers spend in a Neom Wellbeing Treatment will work hard, to do just that. Masterminded by the Neom Wellbeing Board (a board of 12 experts who work with Neom) the Neom Wellbeing Treatments harness the very best knowledge in shiatsu, cranio, Thai massage, trigger point and reflexology with one of four aims, to provide the perfect night’s sleep, boost energy, lift your mood or relieve stress. All Neom treatments have been created to provide true wellbeing benefits.

We are looking beauty therapists (either full time, part time or self employed) to join our team at the Wimbledon Village store. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in all the areas mentioned above, we will teach you, but it is important you have the following skills already:

  • • You will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 with at least 2 years experience.
  • • Be able to carry out the following treatments: Deep Tissue and Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
  • • Available to work weekends and evenings.
  • • Display a confident sales ability to deliver both treatment and product sales.
  • • Have a keen interest in wellbeing

We offer very competitive salaries depending on experience as well as a commission structure.

If you think you think you will be a perfect fit please send us a covering letter explaining why along with your CV to retailjobs@neomorganics.com.
