Reporting to the Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator, You will be working closely with the Operations Team and will be working with different information sources and IT systems to manage the production of our products across several different sites. You will be highly organised and familiar with multi-tasking, have effective time management and attention to detail. You'll be a natural at building strong relationships with the team here at our Harrogate head offices and our suppliers, and you’ll be someone who is confident presenting their ideas in front of others.

You will be managing the day to day relationships with our suppliers and will work very closely with them to manage our schedules to ensure our requirements are met on time and in full. You will also take part in various small projects to help make sure we launching new products or promotions to our agreed targets and objectives.



  • • To use the ‘to manufacture’ and ‘to purchase’ reports as directed to place orders as required. Manage and progress the purchase of finished goods and components through to receipt so that agreed stock and service levels can be maintained.
  • • To identify and resolve any issues that may impact on product availability and customer service.

Stock Control and goods receiving

  • • To work with the warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate update of stock received onto the system.
  • • To work with the Contractors to manage the correct receipt of goods from suppliers and the receipt of these onto our stock systems.
  • • To maintain accurate stock records on the systems and to work with the warehouse and contractors teams to resolve variances and improve controls.
  • • To take part in stock counting as required and to assist with the resolution of any issues that arise.


  • • To provide the daily update of shipping addresses into the carrier’s website and to assist the warehouse with daily shipping of orders despatched.
  • • To assist in managing and monitoring the consistency and performance of the day to day activities such as receiving, transferring, and issue of stock.


  • • To develop and build relationships with our suppliers.
  • • To work with them to develop their systems and reporting processes to improve their service to us.
  • • To communicate any concerns regarding their performance back to them and also to the management team at Neom.

Additional Responsibilities

  • • To maintain the integrity of data on the system, for example, relating to Items, bills of material, suppliers, max and min stock levels as directed.
  • • To participate as a team member on projects, new product launches etc.
  • • To review the supplier invoices on a daily basis and match to PO and delivery notes. To highlight and resolve any discrepancies that are identified.
  • • To provide support for general office administration.
  • • To participate in any other reasonable duties that may be identified by the Operations Manager or Directors.

Desirable skills
