Delivery Information
NEOM use APC for all our UK deliveries and for security all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address. If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to sign for your order, Yodel will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Please note, we do not dispatch or deliver on public or bank holidays.
We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.
A hazmat charge currently applies on some items sent overseas (click here for more information).
UK 3-5 working days - Free delivery for UK Mainland orders over £80
Free delivery for orders over £80 excludes postcodes beginning with AB, KW, IV, PH, DD & PA. Also excludes Northern Ireland, and channel islands.
Orders will be dispatched to arrive with you within 3-5 working days.
Northern Ireland 3-5 working days - from £10
Orders will be dispatched to by ParcelForce and arrive with you within 3-5 working days.
Next Working Day - From £5 (GB mainland only)
GB mainland only, orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed before 12pm on Monday-Thursday are delivered the next day. Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are delivered on Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 are not guaranteed for next day delivery.
Next Working Day AM - From £10 (GB mainland only)
GB mainland only, orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed before 12pm on Monday-Thursday are delivered by noon the next day. Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are delivered by noon on Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered by noon on Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 are not guaranteed for next day AM delivery.
Next Working Day 9 AM - From £20 (GB mainland only)
GB mainland only, orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed before 12pm on Monday-Thursday are delivered the next day by 9AM. Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are delivered on Monday/Tuesday by 9AM. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday before 9AM. Orders placed after 12:00 are not guaranteed for next day 9AM delivery.
Saturday - From £30 (GB mainland only)
Your order will be delivered on Saturday, applies to GB mainland addresses only, orders must be placed before 12pm Friday. Any order placed after this time will be deilvered on Tuesday.
Hazmat charges on certain items of £20
Overseas orders that contain a Reed Diffuser, Reed Diffuser Refill, or a Room Mist are subject to a £20 Hazmat packing charge. Hazmat packing and declaration is a legal requirement for any product containing alcohol being shipped overseas. We are working on reducing this charge and hope to have a solution very soon (in the next few weeks). In the meantime the £20 charge is passed on directly from the company who hazmat pack the relevant products and signs the declaration form for shipping.
Once the order has been placed, we will get in touch with you in order to query if you wish to pay the £20 hazmat charge, or if you wish to remove the relevant items from your order.
Republic of Ireland - From £13.50
Orders will be dispatched to arrive with you within 3-5 working days. You are responsible for paying any import duty or customs charges.
Europe - From £13.50 (excluding Germany & Austria)
Shipping to Europe varies depending on the destination. You can calculate shipping costs in your basket by filling in the "calculate shipping costs" section. Orders will normally be dispatched to arrive with you within 2 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on the country. Typically delivery occurs within 3-6 working days. You are responsible for paying any import duty or customs charges.
Jersey & Guernsey - From £30
Orders will be dispatched to arrive with you within 4-6 days. You are responsible for paying any import duty or customs charges.
USA - From £12
Orders will be dispatched to arrive with you within 4-6 days. You are responsible for paying any import duty or customs charges.
Germany & Austria
If you are placing an order from within Germany & Austria you need to contact our exclusive distributer by emailing gas@neomorganics.com.
Australia & New Zealand
If you are placing an order from within Australia or New Zealand you need to contact our exclusive distributer by emailing australia@neomorganics.com.
Failed Delivery
If our courier has attempted delivery without success there should have been a card left so that you can rearrange delivery.
If you are able to let us or the courier know what would be the best day to redeliver, or if you need us to deliver to an alternative address, just let us know!
If we do not receive an answer the goods will be returned to the warehouse. If this is the case, we will resend the order for you free of charge, one final time.

Returns Policy
Faulty / Damaged Goods
In the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged please follow these steps and we will offer replacement or a full refund. We take pride in the quality of our products so any return is automatically logged and feedback is given to our product development team.
Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods or we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for further investigation.
1. Fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page.
2. We will send you via email a returns reference number and arrange a day for collection.
3. Please write the returns number clearly on the box.
4. We will arrange your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the faulty goods.
Unwanted Goods
If goods are unwanted we will happily offer an exchange or NEOM Gift Voucher to the value of the goods, provided they are returned un-opened and in a re-sellable conditions within 28 days of you receiving the goods. If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page.
2. We will send you via email a returns reference number and provide you with an address.
3. Please write the returns number clearly on the box and send (along with original packaging where possible) to the address provided.
4. Once we have received the goods, we will arrange your refund or exchange within 14 days.
