Delivery Information

NEOM use Parcel Force for all our deliveries and for security all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to sign for your order, Parcel Force will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Standard Delivery - £3 (UK mainland orders only)

Orders will be dispatched to arrive with you within 3-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery - £6 (UK mainland orders only)

Orders received before 12pm will arrive the next working day.

International Delivery:

If you would like an order delivered to an address that is not within the UK Mainland, please either call us on 0870 460 4677 (international number +44 870 460 4677) or email us at info@neomorganics.com. We will provide you with a quote and if you are happy to proceed we will process your order.
