Delivery

Standard Delivery:

Cost £4.95 per delivery address. 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday only. Please allow five working days for delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery:

Cost £6.95 per delivery address. 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, UK Mainland only. This guarantees delivery of your order the next working day, providing we receive your order before 12:00 noon.

International Delivery:

If you would like an order delivered outside the UK please either call us on +44 870 460 4677 or email us at info@neomorganics.com. We will provide you with a quote and if you are happy to proceed will process your order over the phone.

Delivery Information:

All our orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt to arrive with UK customers within five working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will give you a call to notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it is available.

Delivery is made by courier and for security reasons all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel at checkout stage.

If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

Restrictions:

Due to regulations outside of our control, we are unable to send Home Treatment Mists and Matches to the following countries:

Australia, Brazil, Cyprus, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peoples Republic of China, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and UAE.

However, all other products in our range can be delivered.
