Steps:

  1. 2 hours before you go to bed prepare your bedroom by lighting the Neom Tranquillity™ Scented Candle and letting the 19 purest possible essential oils of our 100% natural Neom Tranquillity™ fragrance fill the room.
  2. Pre bedtime, pour 2 capfuls of Neom Tranquillity™ Bath & Shower Oil into a warm bath before getting in and relaxing for at least 10-15 minutes. As the aroma fills the room, breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. The essential oils will absorb into your body and will begin to work.
  3. After your bath, towel dry your skin, and gently massage the Neom Intense Night Repair Face, Body & Hair Oil all over your body, including the soles of your feet and your cleansed face, whilst breathing in deeply to inhale the aroma. The oils will work through inhalation and absorption. This rich oil will work long into the night to rejuvenate your skin whilst encouraging a deep sleep.
  4. When you are ready for bed, snuff out the candle. Just before you climb into bed, spritz your pillow with the Neom Tranquillity™ Room Spray (new name Neom Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist).
  5. Climb into bed, and take a pea-sized amount of Nourish, Breathe & Sleep Hand Balm (available summer '16) and warm in the palm of your hands, before massaging into the skin until fully absorbed. Lay back and then cupping your hands around your nose and mouth, breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Do this 10 times. Feel the required treatment benefit take effect.

Other Recommended Guidelines to Help Sleep.

  • Don’t eat a huge meal late in the evening. Instead, we recommend you eat your main meal at lunchtime, and a smaller meal in the early evening which ideally should not contain refined sugar.
  • No caffeine at least 2 hours before bedtime – that means tea or coffee, although Chamomile or Peppermint tea is allowed.
  • Drink at least 8 large glasses of water a day during the 7 day trial.
  • Your inner self-care is intrinsically linked with your environment so your bedroom should be a tranquil sleeping space. It should be light and airy, but not cold, clutter free and ideally contain no electronics (televisions, computers, phones, iPads, etc.) - at the very least, make sure they are all turned off at bedtime.

Steps:

  1. Light the Neom Real Luxury™ candle in a quiet room. After 20 minutes, enter the room and make yourself comfortable, the 24 essential oils will fill the room with scent, helping to relieve tension and promote a tranquil state of mind.
  2. Once seated and comfortable, roll the Intensive Stress Relief Treatment on pulse points (wrists, temples and behind the ears) to activate the intensive blend. At the same time, breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
  3. Then spritz the De-Stress On The Go Mist above you, letting a stress relief scent cloud rain down. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Do not spray directly on clothes or furniture.
  4. Finally, take a pea-sized amount of Nourish, Breathe & Calm Hand Balm (available summer '16) and warm in the palm of your hands, before massaging into your hands until fully absorbed. Cupping your hands around your nose and mouth, breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Do this 3 times.

Other Recommended Guidelines to Help De-Stress

  • Try to reduce your intake of stimulants such as caffeine, sugar and simple carbs as you need to be reaching for foods that don’t overstimulate you.
  • Here’s a couple of quick ways to release tension and de-stress:
    • Getting ready: Sit on a chair without arms, feet hip width apart and flat on the floor, ideally knees at a 90 degrees. Find your sitting bones, they are the bony bits in your bottom that you can feel when sitting on a hard chair. Sit tall with your weight centred through your sitting bones.
    • Shoulder Shrugs: Use a deep breath in through the nose to let the shoulders rise up towards the ears. Breathing out softly through the mouth, let the shoulders soften down again feeling the shoulder blades slide down the back. Repeat 6 times.
  • Try 2 minutes of mindful breathing at least 3 times a day. Focus solely on your breathing, deep breaths in and out in the morning, lunchtime and early evening. When your mind wanders, as it will after about three seconds, just gently go back to your breathing. This teaches the brain to have a single focus, meaning you can go back to the task at hand with a clearer head.

Other Recommended Guidelines to Help Make You Happy

  • A few moments of quiet meditation may help relieve anxiety and lift your mood. Settle into a comfortable position in a chair or on the floor. Then follow your breathing in and out for a few minutes. Thoughts are bound to bubble up in your mind. No problem, just let them float by and turn your attention back to your breathing.
  • Try to reduce the amount of processed food you eat. Much of it is loaded with sugar, and too much of the sweet stuff actually contributes to the shrinkage of key brain areas involved in mood regulation.
  • Give yourself permission to admit that you can't do everything, all at once. Instead, making a to-do list and systematically working through it will make you feel more satisfied, So make a list, figure out what really matters, what can wait, and what you can skip. Work your way down the list, handling your top priorities first.
