Nicola's de-stress top tips

As a busy mum and business owner the news that 1 in 4 British workers suffer with stress is no big surprise.

I adopt a 360 approach to health and wellbeing – practising mindfulness, swimming regularly and eating to nourish. Using the highest quality essential oils can be incredibly powerful, and the extraordinarily complex blends I create are developed to work hard as therapeutic treatments.  

For example, lavender has been proven to reduce heart rate and blood pressure, but combined with 23 other stress-relieving oils in our Real Luxury blend, this is my go-to for stressful times.
