Commercial Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our Commercial Team, supporting Commercial Managers and the wider business to spread the NEOM brand.

THE ROLE

Reporting to a Senior Commercial Manager, the Commercial Executive will provide sales and operational support, working across our retail portfolio. They will maintain information for internal and external use and provide accurate analysis and reports that are presentable to customers and internal departments. This is a fast-paced role, where strong administration and communication skills at all levels is key. The Commercial Executive will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure with experience and understanding of working in a Commercial environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist Commercial Managers in the preparation of seasonal/new product development (NPD) strategy presentations
  • Own the set up of new line forms and assets for core and seasonal launches
  • Arrange NPD sample send outs to retailers
  • Work with marketing to supply new assets & respond to retailer artwork requests
  • Coordinate with NEOM Accounts and Operations on customer orders
  • Update and analyse sales trackers providing insight and feedback
  • Be a point of contact for retailer’s ad hoc requests
  • Assist with running reports & raising marketing POs on NEOMs internal portal
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of in-store events, retailer HQ events & training
  • Review & provide feedback/action plan on retailer websites as well as managing implementation of brand page updates
  • Conduct competitor analysis both online and through store visits across the UK
  • Capture and track NEOM visibility (in store & online)
  • Assist with key project work where necessary
