Retail and Education Executive (South)

We are looking for a Retail and Education Executive to deliver consistent consumer-centric customer experience that supports business growth and commercial development across our retail business in the South (UK).

THE ROLE

Providing Retail and Education support to deliver consistent consumer-centric customer experience that supports business growth and commercial development across the retail business. Supporting and presenting at internal and B2B events, ensuring that the NEOM messaging, Visual Merchandising, Education, and customer experience is delivered, and expectations exceeded the Retail and Education Executive will work closely with our retail partners to deliver the sales strategy through management, leadership, coaching and development of the teams in our staffed doors. This role is integral in bringing to life our brand expression, VM briefs, products, brand strategy and marketing plans, as well as inspiring the floor teams in our retail partner doors. The role will also work closely with our retail partners to identify commercial opportunities in store that feed into our brand strategy. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead and manage the teams in our staffed retail partner doors

- Provide coaching and inspiration to floor teams in our retail partner doors

- Gain feedback on sales, activations, brand expression, and competitor activity in the field

- Identify opportunities to improve and develop our brand expression in our retail doors

- Identify opportunities to develop tools and training that ultimately benefit the consumer, build memorable experiences, sales, and loyalty

- Provide educational and sales support as and when needed in our Wellbeing Hubs and pop-ups

- Provide educational and sales support as and when needed to our retail partners

- Deliver and support at internal and B2B events, delivering a strong brand expression and customer experience

- Deliver open sell strategies and programs to create unique coaching experiences with internal and external retail staff and customer services, recruit them as brand advocates, build loyalty to the brand and its products

- Confident and engaging communicator and presenter

- Maintain strong knowledge for skincare/beauty/wellbeing trends

- Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate, give feedback and support. 

- Team player who can work cross functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

- Flexible and able to adjust to work processes or procedures, adapt to others and work effectively and in a positive manner when under pressure or in ambiguous situations

- Solutions focused, able to work at pace, demonstrating initiative and drive

- A desire to learn and develop

- Strong experience in a customer facing, sales role

- Experience in coaching sales staff for success 

- Multichannel, consumer focused experience in storytelling 

- Events design and execution 

- Team Management experience
