Beautiful Guildford. We HEART you…

Say ‘hey’ to the two floors of wonderful wellbeing that is our brand new, super-pretty (and created with love) Guildford store.

What a real life dream (and baby number five as founder Nicola Elliott puts it) which took a little longer than we thought to enter the world! But all the late nights (James our Head of Retail has got a taste for the coffee from Caracoli on the High Street) and multiple sketches, designs, ideas, and questions like... “What kind of stools will look ace here?”, “our customers told us they love taking their scent discovery with friends so let’s give it lots of space”, “ooooh when will the scaffolding come down??” AND “eek is the Mayor of Guildford coming to officially open our beautiful store?” (For the record, the answer was YES. And, he did) were worth it.

It’s pretty special. First there’s the team. Manager Liz & co – Georgina, Tori, Tamara, Amy, Fleur & Freya who have so much fun in our haven of calm helping our customers with their wellbeing. We’ve already had customers writing in to tell us what they think…“I just had to thank you for the fantastic customer service I received in Guildford today.” And “Gorgeous shop with lovely staff, had the best shopping experience for a long time!!"

Then there’s the little spaces that ooze 100% natural fragrances on every turn. And then there’s the special opening party we had. So many lovely customers came to see us as well as local press – there was glasses of Prosecco, laughs (lots of customers taking their scent of discovery), the Mayor came and officially opened our store and took his scent of discovery, and everyone left feeling GOOD.

We’ve had a blast painting, designing, hanging the florals (and having multiple tea breaks AND glasses of Prosecco).

Guildford, here’s wishing you a long life, full of fun, energy, happiness, calm (and great sleep). Guildford gang, she’s yours. Enjoy and pop in to see us VERY soon.
