The best apps and podcasts when you're feeling stressed

There’s something quite reassuring about an access to an app, which you can instantly open when you need it. Or, the soothing meditative feels of listening to a podcast (in the bath, in bed, in the garden) - usually when we are still, right?
In a recent NEOM poll to over 2,000 people, over half of people said they felt their wellbeing has taken a dip since earlier in the year, with 52 per cent saying they were more anxious. So we have put together a self care, anxiety lifting, feel good list of apps and podcasts that we are loving and might just help you de-stress and relieve anxiety or give you some easy tips to improve your wellbeing.
