PR EXECUTIVE

Full time

This role is based in the Harrogate Head Office

NEOM Organics is a pioneering wellbeing brand with its head office based in Harrogate. They specialise in creating 100% natural fragrances to boost your wellbeing, each providing therapeutic benefits to relieve stress, aid sleep, boost your energy or lift your mood. They truly believe wellbeing starts with the little moments and they are dedicated to inspiring people to lead naturally healthier lives by encouraging them to press pause and take time for prioritising their wellbeing.

Stocked in 4 stand-alone stores in Guildford, Wimbledon, Leeds and Chelsea, selected major retailers, independent salons, spas, hotels, and online, the brand is going from strength to strength and growing at considerable speed. A role has become available in their in-house PR team; they’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and pro-active PR Executive who will support in the day to day running of their busy press office, driving awareness and brand messaging.

The Role:

In this role, you will deliver outstanding results and develop your skills in line with market growth, keeping NEOM at the forefront of innovation, both creatively and in the media space.

Through great PR and brand partnerships you will bring the company mission and values to life every day. You will think strategically as well as being hands-on day to day. You’ll work with the PR and Brand Partnerships Manager to develop ideas that are on brand, easy to execute and don’t rely on big budgets and agencies. You will work to the measures of success - awareness, perception, acquisition and engagement, set by the PR Manager and Marketing Director.

▪Manage the day to day running of the press office including collation of all press cuttings, daily media monitoring, database updating and incoming press queries.

▪Drive the “bread and butter” product placement of NEOM in UK media and influencer channels.

▪Craft creative, well-written press releases that will stand out.

▪Build and maintain the NEOM awards programme.

▪Build and develop media relations and confidently conduct press appointments, in turn generating placements in print and online media, as well as across influencer channels.

▪Manage the top line influencer plan and execute brilliantly – there is an opportunity to own this area and develop real expertise.

▪Support PR Manager in scouting out new opportunities for coverage, maintaining an understanding of industry trends and opportunities.

▪Drive innovation and creativity around all NPD launches, demonstrate out of the box thinking e.g. with mailers and events.

▪Assist PR Manager on all aspects of planning and executing events. Support on retail, new store openings and Pop Up opportunities.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

▪You should be an ambitious and hardworking, confident person as well as a proactive team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, who can be pro-active and personable with media and influencers alike.

▪A minimum of 2.5 years PR experience in the luxury, health or wellbeing market either in house or agency.

▪Have established media and influencers relationships.

▪Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

▪Have experience of event or launch planning.

▪A dynamic individual who is savvy, connected, ideas driven and articulate.

▪Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company, thinks on their feet, works well with a team.

▪Extremely well organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.

▪A creative thinker.

▪Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

▪Have good presentations skills.

▪Be able to demonstrate a true interest in wellbeing.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER - WHOLESALE ONLINE

Reporting to the Commercial Director

London based

Requirement to travel to Harrogate Head Office weekly/fortnightly.

The Role:

You will be responsible for building & driving the commercial & marketing plans that support the sales delivery of each channel. Although you will work directly with the Commercial Director you will work in close partnership with the Marketing Director and team to deliver maximum ROI on all activity.

You will be responsible for:

▪You will be responsible for the delivery of the rolling 12-month commercial strategy, plan & execution for each 3rd Party Online Channel that drives the sales plan through clever sales and marketing solutions.

▪Integrating all the key brand campaigns, product launches and promotions into the commercial JBP in order to present to and engage all 3rd party partners on a seasonal basis.

▪Work closely with the commercial wholesale manager on online wholesale channels to ensure an integrated brick and mortar and on line JBP.

▪Naturally customer focused and have a good understanding of all the relevant marketing assets and activation opportunities that are available by channel.

▪Strong understand of sales targets and the need to achieve beyond.

You will be:

▪You will build & deliver all new channel marketing launch plans, taking the assets supplied by marketing which will include; brand story, USP’s and product hero’s ensuring across the launch period and beyond NEOM is highly visible amongst their customer base.

▪You will have a detailed understanding of all 3rd party sales driving assets and platforms to ensure we get the most from our annual JBPs.

▪You are naturally passionate about continuously measuring and knowing what works for each channel, constantly testing and learning, and working to optimise the plan.

Must haves:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

▪Delivering consistently exceptional service to our customers that stimulates loyalty.

▪Communicating with our customers on different platforms, ensuring you are professional, coherent and in line with our brand and values and in a timely manner.

▪Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks for your department or any other tasks that may come up.

▪Report to the Customer Service Manager communicating all outstanding issues to feedback to the Ecommerce team, proposals for improvement, analysis & development ideas.

▪Ensure product knowledge is excellent and up to date at all times.

▪Work collaboratively within the team and with other departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customer.

▪Provide online shopping advice and help customers place online orders with confidence and efficiency.

▪Support the NEOM Social Media Manager on proving customer service across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

▪Tracking customer orders and providing delivery information.

You will need:

BEAUTY THERAPIST - GUILDFORD and WIMBLEDON

The Role:

We are looking for professional and passionate Therapists to join our expanding team to deliver the NEOM Organics wellbeing treatments within our Guildford treatment rooms.

The NEOM Wellbeing treatments have been masterminded by the Neom team of wellbeing experts and draw together the most effective of 6 therapies – meditation, shiatsu, cranio, Thai massage, trigger point and reflexology – Neom Wellbeing Treatments have been created to provide true therapeutic wellbeing benefits to the body, face and mind.

Therapist NVQ Level 3

Full time - 15 to 37.5 hours per week

As a member of our wellbeing therapy team your main duties will include:

▪ Carrying out a range of NEOM wellbeing treatments to an extremely high standard

▪Support the Senior Therapist and Store Manager

▪ Able to provide exemplary customer care and up-selling skills

▪ Consistently achieve set retail & treatment targets

▪ To be knowledgeable on all NEOM products and be able to propose personalised products to clients, confidently and appropriately overcoming any queries or objections

▪ Build a regular client base, delivering consistently exceptional service to our guests that stimulates loyalty and feels personal to them

▪ Ensure the treatment rooms are maintained to 5 star standards

▪ Build strong relationships with your team and adhere to all store policies & procedures.

▪Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the treatment rooms

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

▪Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent

▪ Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience

▪Experience of working within a Spa environment desirable

▪A passion for wellbeing

▪Positive communication skills with the ability to engage our guests

▪Driven to deliver exceptional treatments with 5-star customer feedback

▪High standard of personal appearance
