RETAIL CLUSTER MANAGER

We are looking to recruit a Retail Cluster Manager to lead and drive our stand alone retail store business of 4 stores.

This is an ideal role for a regional manager or top store manager to step into. It will require 70% of their time being spent on the shop floor leading and coaching with 30% business building, marketing and admin. The time will be spent across our 4 stores with particular attention to our new flagship store in Guildford.

Neom currently has 4 retail stores, located in Wimbledon and Kings Road in London, Guildford in Surrey and Leeds, West Yorkshire. We have exciting plans for further stores. Both Guildford and Wimbledon have treatment rooms as part of our wellbeing offer.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail (beauty retail is preferred but not mandatory), and eye for detail and a “can do” shop floor attitude. A leader by example and an entrepreneurial attitude

KPIs will include:

▪Meeting sales targets and ensuring 100% door profitability (retail and treatment)

▪Maintain staffing and store budgets and data acquisition, IPT and conversion KPIs

▪Leading and coaching for sales success on the shop floor

▪Ensuring all Neom rituals, protocols and our customer experience is delivered 100%

▪Use of training tools to ensure customer engagement, product knowledge and data acquisition is delivered 100% by all Neomologists

▪Eye for detail in deployment of POS, VM and store hygiene

▪Desire to learn and market to local community and drive each store as a mini business unit, ensuring that all staff “know the customer” and managers have a one to one relationship with key customers

▪Oversee and manage operational admin for each store including rosters, stock control and all store opening closing banking and security protocols

▪Ensure all stores run to the highest organisational standards

▪Recruit and on board new team members

▪Work also side the Neom Treatment Manager and Spa & Treatment Sales and Education Manager to ensure our treatment business is runs to capacity and is profitable therefore contributing to store profitability

▪Develop and execute the stores events programs in conjunction with the Shopper Marketing Manager and PR Manager Support with pop retail Assist the Commercial Director in retail forecasting

GUILDFORD STORE MANAGER and SUPERVISORS

The Role:

You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

30 - 37.5 hours per week contract.

Responsibilities may include:

▪Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives

▪Assisting/leading in the overall day to day running of the store

▪Providing the highest standard of Neom Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing

▪Ensuring the team maintains company standards

▪Implementing promotion and visual merchandising changes

▪Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

▪Maintaining the security of the boutique premises, stock and all store cash and other payments

▪Assisting/managing with paperwork and payroll administration

▪Responsible for opening and/or closing of the store at particular times and need of the business

You will need:

BEAUTY THERAPIST - GUILDFORD and WIMBLEDON

The Role:

We are looking for professional and passionate Therapists to join our expanding team to deliver the Neom Organics wellbeing treatments within our Guildford treatment rooms.

The Neom Wellbeing treatments have been masterminded by the Neom team of wellbeing experts and draw together the most effective of 6 therapies – meditation, shiatsu, cranio, Thai massage, trigger point and reflexology – Neom Wellbeing Treatments have been created to provide true therapeutic wellbeing benefits to the body, face and mind.

Therapist NVQ Level 3

Full time - 15 to 37.5 hours per week

As a member of our wellbeing therapy team your main duties will include:

▪ Carrying out a range of Neom wellbeing treatments to an extremely high standard

▪Support the Senior Therapist and Store Manager

▪ Able to provide exemplary customer care and up-selling skills

▪ Consistently achieve set retail & treatment targets

▪ To be knowledgeable on all Neom products and be able to propose personalised products to clients, confidently and appropriately overcoming any queries or objections

▪ Build a regular client base, delivering consistently exceptional service to our guests that stimulates loyalty and feels personal to them

▪ Ensure the treatment rooms are maintained to 5 star standards

▪ Build strong relationships with your team and adhere to all store policies & procedures.

▪Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the treatment rooms

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

▪Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent

▪ Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience

▪Experience of working within a Spa environment desirable

▪A passion for wellbeing

▪Positive communication skills with the ability to engage our guests

▪Driven to deliver exceptional treatments with 5-star customer feedback

▪High standard of personal appearance

▪Self-motivated: enthusiasm and passion are a must

▪Good team player

▪Willing to work evenings and weekends

MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who has a real passion for health and wellbeing and is interested in learning the ropes of a Marketing department.

The role will be split between the Marketing team as a whole, allowing an insight into all areas of the department.

PR

▪Support the PR department with day to day press office activity such as media monitoring, media & influencer mailers and launch event planning.

▪Daily monitoring of the PR inbox, responding to emails and forwarding on the relevant teams.

▪General admin support.

Social

▪Constantly collate all customer positive feedback/comments on social into a cohesive document and from web.

▪Making sure all Instagram images are saved in creative hub with relevant credit for everyone to use.

Creative

▪Support on photo shoots including researching, buying props and organisation of products prior to shoot and on the shoot.

▪Print management - co-ordinate print across all channels in line with requirements.

Product Development

▪Supporting Product Development with research trials, purchasing samples and completing competitor reviews.

▪Help to coordinate consumer testing - from planning, sending out and analysing results and any additional adhoc administrative requests.

Admin

▪Manage stockist and distributor login areas - updating imagery, videos and artwork.

▪Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for the team when required.

▪Support on budget tracking, raising all PO's for the department and ensuring that budgets are kept up to date. Update all expenses for the department and reconcile at end of month against spend report.

Essential skills & Requirements:

▪You should be an ambitious and hardworking, confident person as well as a proactive team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

▪Extremely well organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.

▪A creative thinker.

▪Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

▪Be able to demonstrate a true passion for wellbeing.

▪Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
