The Role:

We are looking for a Wellbeing Supervisor who has a passion and flair for customer service. You must be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values.

You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure, be able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism at all times.

You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

30 hours per week contract.

You will be responsible for:

▪Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives

▪Assisting in the overall day to day running of the store

▪Providing the highest standard of Neom Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing

▪Ensuring the team maintains company standards

▪Implementing promotion and visual merchandising changes

▪Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

▪Maintaining the security of the boutique premises, stock and all store cash and other payments

▪Assisting the Store Manager with paperwork and payroll administration

▪Responsible for opening and/or closing of the store at particular times and need of the business

You will need:

▪A passion for wellbeing

▪A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues

▪Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards in store

▪Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and ensure you are a team player

▪Able to work effectively with cross functional teams

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional person to provide sales and education leadership and support to all key accounts to include but not limited to key wholesale department stores and majors, spa, independents and salons.

Industry experience preferred and must have a proven track record of being enthusiastic, passionate and driven, and be capable of building really strong customer relationships. An interest in wellbeing is absolutely key.

Main objectives will include:


▪ To build strong and cost efficient relationships with key account management and selling teams in all relevant stockists.

▪ Ensure Neom is in the best in-store locations.

▪ Sell in to account teams the Neom seasonal programmes.


▪ Ensure operational excellence across all accounts – planned visits, minutes, actions and reporting back to the business.

▪ Management of stock, store location, VM and NPD.

▪ Lead events, key activity and promotional program according to Neom marketing calendar.


▪ Ensure all sales targets are met and exceeded, including opening of new stocking doors and management of personal expenses.

▪ Liaise with office sales support team to ensure timely processing of all orders.


▪ Lead and execute daily and seasonal seasonal training schools for all store/accounts staff using Neom training guidelines.

▪ Seek out all training opportunities and conferences.

▪ Assist with recruitment and rostering of promotional staff for all seasonal pop up locations.

The Role:

We are looking for professional and passionate Therapists to join our expanding team to deliver the Neom Organics wellbeing treatments within our Guildford treatment rooms.

The Neom Wellbeing treatments have been masterminded by the Neom team of wellbeing experts and draw together the most effective of 6 therapies – meditation, shiatsu, cranio, Thai massage, trigger point and reflexology – Neom Wellbeing Treatments have been created to provide true therapeutic wellbeing benefits to the body, face and mind.

Therapist NVQ Level 3

Full time - 15 to 37.5 hours per week

As a member of our wellbeing therapy team your main duties will include:

▪ Carrying out a range of Neom wellbeing treatments to an extremely high standard

▪Support the Senior Therapist and Store Manager

▪ Able to provide exemplary customer care and up-selling skills

▪ Consistently achieve set retail & treatment targets

▪ To be knowledgeable on all Neom products and be able to propose personalised products to clients, confidently and appropriately overcoming any queries or objections

▪ Build a regular client base, delivering consistently exceptional service to our guests that stimulates loyalty and feels personal to them

▪ Ensure the treatment rooms are maintained to 5 star standards

▪ Build strong relationships with your team and adhere to all store policies & procedures.

▪Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the treatment rooms

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

▪Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent

▪ Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience

▪Experience of working within a Spa environment desirable

▪A passion for wellbeing

▪Positive communication skills with the ability to engage our guests

▪Driven to deliver exceptional treatments with 5-star customer feedback

▪High standard of personal appearance

▪Self-motivated: enthusiasm and passion are a must

▪Good team player

▪Willing to work evenings and weekends
