ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER

The Role:

This is an incredibly exciting time here at Neom with an excellent track record for growth in our Ecommerce channel, we are looking to expand further.


Customer experience is a huge focus You will play a key leadership role in the enhancement of the Magento 2 platform operating as the interface between our web development agency and internal stakeholders across the business up to board level.


You will need to be able to hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work to tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

▪ Responsible for owning and delivering 12 month website development roadmap

▪ Roadmapping, prioritising and managing development projects to fast track revenue growth

▪ Scoping out of project requirements and liaising with stakeholders, systems and warehouse to manage development resources

▪ Managing changes in scope and priorities in an effective and controlled manner

▪ Manage the ecommerce development budget and regularly review ensure development targets are met

▪ Ability to set up A/B testing to scope out and monitor impact of new developments

▪ Analyse reporting and learn from all campaigns and strategies deployed to drive continuous improvement in performance


What you'll need

▪ Experience with ecommerce platforms, Magento 2.0 is a plus

▪ We are looking some someone who is technically minded, but not a technical development person

▪ You must be a commercially minded operator, with excellent communication skills who can skilfully project manage

▪ 4+ years digital marketing experience

▪ Proven ecommerce project management experience

▪ Experience working with and managing both internal and external parties

▪ Strong experience using Google analytics tools to make concrete recommendations based on tracking

▪ Great communication and strong interpersonal skills

▪ Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends

▪ International experience and exposure is a plus


This is a full time and permanent role

The Role:

An exciting Digital Designer role has arisen within the Neom Organics Creative Digital department. Working within the core design team, this is an amazing opportunity to get involved in helping to define, design and improve www.neomorganics.com as a whole.


We are looking for a talented digital designer who is focused on furthering their career. Candidates should be full of ideas and passionate for everything digital design. Have a strong interest in design and technology trends, digital innovation and pixel perfection.


The key focus will be to support the Ecommerce Manager on designing of key features to be developed on the website as well as designing unique and fresh design executions across all online collateral including – website banners, emails, online promotions, landing pages, online editorial features, blogs, and social media


Key Responsibilities

▪ Support lead designer by creating page designs, website banners, emails and social content using an established look and feel.

▪ Working across multiple channels with the digital design team to produce innovative solutions and high-quality design for the eCommerce site and other digital platforms.

▪ Working on design of specific sections of the desktop site, mobile site to improve functionality and aesthetics.

▪ Demonstrate an understanding of web development and platforms to inform design decisions

▪ Develop strong campaign landing pages and develop UX wireframes/layouts into pixel perfect designs that not only look beautiful but perform for our business.

▪ Experience with CMS (Magento) & WordPress

▪ Design and code responsive emails for both desktop and mobile.

▪ List management & scheduling via Mail Chimp

▪ Keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors to help inform innovative ideas.

▪ Aiding the wider design team in the understanding and production of good User Interface and Editorial design


Must Haves:

▪ Experience designing cross-platform - understanding the specifics of designing for Desktop, Mobile and Tablets

▪ Strong sense of typography and layout and good attention to detail

▪ Awareness of good contemporary digital design & pixel perfection

▪ Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (experts in Photoshop)

▪ Good understanding of HTML and CSS

▪ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

▪ A stunning portfolio of digital full of through-provoking work with excellent skill & attention to detail

▪ Ability to work quickly and on many projects at once, changing priorities if necessary

▪ Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving the content of the site

▪ Eager to learn and develop your skills

▪ Above all, enthusiasm and a passionate vision of what you could bring to our brand


You must be able to provide a portfolio or examples of work.


This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary ranging between £20 - £25k depending on experience.
