CUSTOMER SERVICE


Neom Organics is a pioneering wellbeing fragrance brand with its head office based in Harrogate. Neom is the only brand dedicated to creating products that are 100% natural with true wellbeing benefits to relieve stress, calm & relax, aid sleep, boost energy or lift your mood. Neom is dedicated to inspiring people to lead naturally healthier lives by encouraging them to press pause and take time for prioritising their wellbeing.


Stocked in 3 stand-alone stores in Leeds, Wimbledon and Kings Road, high-end department stores, spas, hotels and online, the brand is going from strength to strength. To that end, Neom Organics is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager (Full Time) to provide great customer service in a fast paced environment, supporting the existing customer services team based in Harrogate.


A good telephone manner, approachable character, can do attitude, flexibility, time management skills and outstanding organisational skills will be necessary to help you to thrive in a rapidly growing business during our busiest period.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Provide exceptional service through phone and email interactions with customers in a fast paced environment.

▪ Resolving customer queries with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create brand loyalty.

▪ Take maximum opportunity to enhance customer experience and exceed expectations.

▪ Answer phone calls, emails in a positive and timely manner.

▪ Ensure product knowledge is excellent and up to date at all times.

▪ Work collaboratively within the team and with other departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customer.

▪ Provide online shopping advice and help customers place online orders with confidence and efficiency.

▪ Assist the Sales and Customer Co-ordinator with day to day requirements including stockist orders and stockist enquiries.

▪ Support the Neom Social Media Manager on proving customer service across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

▪ Tracking customer orders and providing delivery information.


Essentail Skills and Requirements:

▪ You should be an ambitious, hardworking and confident person as well as a proactive team player, who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.

▪ A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail environment or a customer service role.

▪ Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer CRM tool would be an added bonus, but not essential.

▪ A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

▪ Friendly and personable with the ability to build a successful relationship with customers.

▪ Excellent organisational skills.

▪ Works well under pressure remaining calm and productive at busy times

▪ Flexible in your working hours and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of the business

▪ Be able to demonstrate a true interest in wellbeing

DIGITAL DESIGNER

The Role:

An exciting Digital Designer role has arisen within the Neom Organics Creative Digital department. Working within the core design team, this is an amazing opportunity to get involved in helping to define, design and improve www.neomorganics.com as a whole.


We are looking for a talented digital designer who is focused on furthering their career. Candidates should be full of ideas and passionate for everything digital design. Have a strong interest in design and technology trends, digital innovation and pixel perfection.


The key focus will be to support the Ecommerce Manager on designing of key features to be developed on the website as well as designing unique and fresh design executions across all online collateral including – website banners, emails, online promotions, landing pages, online editorial features, blogs, and social media


Key Responsibilities

▪ Support lead designer by creating page designs, website banners, emails and social content using an established look and feel.

▪ Working across multiple channels with the digital design team to produce innovative solutions and high-quality design for the eCommerce site and other digital platforms.

▪ Working on design of specific sections of the desktop site, mobile site to improve functionality and aesthetics.

▪ Demonstrate an understanding of web development and platforms to inform design decisions

▪ Develop strong campaign landing pages and develop UX wireframes/layouts into pixel perfect designs that not only look beautiful but perform for our business.

▪ Experience with CMS (Magento) & WordPress

▪ Design and code responsive emails for both desktop and mobile.

▪ List management & scheduling via Mail Chimp

▪ Keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors to help inform innovative ideas.

▪ Aiding the wider design team in the understanding and production of good User Interface and Editorial design


Must Haves:

▪ Experience designing cross-platform - understanding the specifics of designing for Desktop, Mobile and Tablets

▪ Strong sense of typography and layout and good attention to detail

▪ Awareness of good contemporary digital design & pixel perfection

▪ Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (experts in Photoshop)

▪ Good understanding of HTML and CSS

▪ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

▪ Ability to work quickly and on many projects at once, changing priorities if necessary

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

The individual we are looking for will have a true passion for selling brands rather than products, lifestyle over bottles, dreams over creams!

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the Commercial Director will be responsible for driving retail and wholesale expansion across all territories.

Direct reports would include Head of Retail, UK & International Sales Manager (Major Customers / Online Wholesale / Distributors) and National Sales Manager (Independent Retailers / Salon / Spa).

Key elements of the role

▪ Agree the retail and wholesale growth strategy with the CEO across all channels

▪ Ensure the strategy is implemented, guiding teams as appropriate

▪ Evaluate new opportunities on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to the CEO

▪ Agree financial targets (sales and profits) for the financial year and the longer term financial plan in conjunction with the finance team

▪ Drive sales and profits to hit agreed budgets across all channels and territories, leading the team to deliver with specific focus on:

▫ UK Retail – work with the Head of Retail to efficiently run the UK store & concession network, open new stores & concessions as detailed in retail strategy, and ensure all stores & concessions are managed in line with overall NEOM best practice

▫ UK Wholesale – work with the UK & International Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to drive profitable growth through our wholesale customers with a particular emphasis on department store customers. Act as an escalation and communication point for senior wholesale accounts where necessary

▫ International – work with our three existing distributors to drive profitable growth in these territories and explore new ways of expanding overseas

▪ Hire, train and develop a world class team to deliver the above, with a focus on:

▫ Sharing best practice across all channels/territories

▫ Consistent brand and operational training

▫ Identifying commercial and process improvements

▪ Working in collaboration with the Marketing Director devise and implement the marketing activation plans across all locations

▪ Oversee Visual Merchandising implementation across all regions, coordinating with the relevant members of the marketing team

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is dynamic leader and likes working in an environment where taking initiative is not only valued but is expected.

You’ll be a proven great Commercial Director but you’ll also have a love of ‘brand’ running through your veins.
