Use your Energising Hand Balm whenever you need an invigorating boost. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.
To unwind at the end of the day light your Real Luxury Scented Candle & allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours.
