To get the full Bedtime Hero Bath Foam experience, create your own pre-sleep haven - we recommend dimming the lights and having a Bedtime Hero Scented Candle beside us for utter bliss!
- Pour a capful into running water to create your natural bubble bath with natural essential oils
- Soak for at least 10 minutes
- Use some simple breathing techniques breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
