Instead of being a sedative scent, it has a mellow, fresh and escapist smell of a luxury hotel spa reception destined to blur away pent-up worries and cloak you with lucid, centred clarity. To get the full Bedtime Hero Candle experience, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.
- Light this candle 1 hour before bed to allow the fragrance to fill the room.
- Meanwhile, soak in a warm bath with the Bedtime Hero Bath Foam and use the Pillow Mist to relax and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
- As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
- Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wicks before every use no shorter than 5mm.
