Middleweight Digital Designer

Department: Full time role, working in the Ecommerce department. 

Reporting to: Lead Designer

Role location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This position will initially be remote or part-remote until it’s practical to be back onsite with the team for a portion of the week. We offer flexible working.

The Role:

Reporting to the Lead Designer, the Middleweight Digital Designer will help to create and execute digital assets to support the ecommerce channel. The role will take campaign assets and lead creative developed by the Lead Designer and develop assets for digital media, social channels and onsite. The role will also be responsible for working with the ecommerce teams to develop best-in-class onsite design and user experience.

Responsibilities: 

▪ Create and design assets, and repurpose lead campaign creative for all NEOM digital channels, ensuring optimisation for specific purposes and channels.

▪ Develop assets across digital mediums including animation and video. 

▪ Design, code and build emails and email templates.

▪ Design, code and build onsite landing pages to optimise the digital customer journey.

▪ Share design and UX best practice to improve the onsite customer journey.

▪ Create engaging digital assets that meet commercial objectives and tell the NEOM story at brand, category and product level.

▪ Create best-in-class social media assets that drive engagement and community interaction.

Key skills:

▪ Proven experience in digital design and UX in a fast-paced retail environment.

▪ Proven experience designing digital assets for a premium consumer brand.

▪ Proven experience developing engaging and optimised digital, social, paid media and onsite assets.

▪ Able to demonstrate a good understanding of site performance metrics and management KPIs to optimise the customer journey.

▪ Ability to code & build email templates and onsite pages.

▪ A strong understanding of onsite UX and best practice.

Customer Experience Executive - North

Full time role, field based with requirement to visit Head Office in Harrogate.

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager the Customer Experience Executive will be accountable for executing the full customer physical experience. They will work across retail stores, wholesale permanent or pop up activities and internal and B2B events ensuring that the NEOM messaging, visual merchandising and end customer experience is delivered and expectations exceeded.

He/she will bring to life our VM briefs, products, brand strategy and marketing plans, point of sale and deliver outstanding customer experience. 

Objectives and responsibilities:

▪ To ensure all touch points or events are creatively merchandised to the standards required by NEOM.

▪ To work alongside NEOM Store Managers to ensure our stores are visually on brand and where relevant support local opportunities and eventing.

▪ To work alongside the 3rd party visual merchandising and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

▪ To ensure sales targets are achieved for all activities.

▪ To provide support to the Customer Marketing Manager in the briefing and execution of VM projects.

▪ To provide on floor coaching for all sales associates delivering coaching modules as designed by the Education and Animation Manager.

Key skills required:

▪ Strong experience in visual merchandising briefs and execution either from a retail store or department store experience.

▪ Stock merchandising, POS and planogram management.

▪ Multichannel, consumer focused experience in storytelling.

▪ Events design and execution.

▪ Experience in coaching sales staff for success.

▪ An understanding of how the above ladders up into sales and targets are delivered and exceeded.

▪ Window dressing skills a benefit.

▪ The ability to travel to key locations.
