SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Full time role, based in Harrogate Head Office. Please note travel to London will be required. 

The role:

We are looking for an exceptional person to provide Sales and Operational support to all of our Wholesale Sale channels. 

You will be responsible for:

▪Acting as the hub between Sales and Operations departments

▪Sales support across all aspects for (but not limited to) department stores, spa's, independents and salons, international and distributors

▪Managing all inbound orders

▪Order processing and fulfilment and line form completion

You will need:

▪A track record of being enthusiastic, passionate and driven. Industry experience is not required

▪Capable of building really strong internal working relationships

TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

The Role:

We are looking for Temporary Staff to work in our Customer Service Team based in the Head Office, Harrogate over the festive period, with an ideal start date of October 2019. 

You must be able to offer our customers an experience that is welcoming, genuine, in line with our brands values and exceptional. You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure, be able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism at all times. You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and customers. 

You will be responsible for:

▪Delivering consistently exceptional service to our customers that stimulates loyalty

▪Communicating with our customers on different platforms, ensuring you are professional, coherent and in line with our brand and values and in a timely manner

▪Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks for your department or any other tasks that may come up

▪Ensure product knowledge is excellent and up to date at all times

▪Work collaboratively within the team and with other departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customer

▪Provide online shopping advice and help customers place online orders with confidence and efficiency

▪Tracking customer orders and providing delivery information

You will need:

The role:

We are looking for a full time (30hrs per week - must be able to work weekends) store Supervisor who has a passion and flair for customer service.

The role:

You will be responsible for building & driving the commercial & marketing plans that support the sales delivery of each channel. Although you will work directly with the Commercial Director you will work in close partnership with the Marketing Director and team to deliver maximum ROI on all activity.

You will be responsible for:

▪You will be responsible for the delivery of the rolling 12-month commercial strategy, plan & execution for each 3rd Party Online Channel that drives the sales plan through clever sales and marketing solutions.

▪Integrating all the key brand campaigns, product launches and promotions into the commercial JBP in order to present to and engage all 3rd party partners on a seasonal basis. ▪Work closely with the commercial wholesale manager on online wholesale channels to ensure an integrated brick and mortar and on line JBP.

▪Naturally customer focused and have a good understanding of all the relevant marketing assets and activation opportunities that are available by channel. ▪Strong understand of sales targets and the need to achieve beyond.

You will be:

▪You will build & deliver all new channel marketing launch plans, taking the assets supplied by marketing which will include; brand story, USP’s and product hero’s ensuring across the launch period and beyond NEOM is highly visible amongst their customer base.

▪You will have a detailed understanding of all 3rd party sales driving assets and platforms to ensure we get the most from our annual JBPs.

BEAUTY THERAPIST - GUILDFORD AND WIMBLEDON

The role:

We are looking for professional and passionate Therapists to join our expanding team to deliver the NEOM Organics wellbeing treatments within our Guildford treatment rooms.

The NEOM Wellbeing treatments have been masterminded by the Neom team of wellbeing experts and draw together the most effective of 6 therapies – meditation, shiatsu, cranio, Thai massage, trigger point and reflexology – Neom Wellbeing Treatments have been created to provide true therapeutic wellbeing benefits to the body, face and mind.

Therapist NVQ Level 3

Full time - 15 to 37.5 hours per week

As a member of our wellbeing therapy team your main duties will include:

▪ Carrying out a range of NEOM wellbeing treatments to an extremely high standard

▪Support the Senior Therapist and Store Manager

▪ Able to provide exemplary customer care and up-selling skills

▪ Consistently achieve set retail & treatment targets

▪ To be knowledgeable on all NEOM products and be able to propose personalised products to clients, confidently and appropriately overcoming any queries or objections

▪ Build a regular client base, delivering consistently exceptional service to our guests that stimulates loyalty and feels personal to them

▪ Ensure the treatment rooms are maintained to 5 star standards

▪ Build strong relationships with your team and adhere to all store policies & procedures.

▪Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the treatment rooms

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

▪Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent

▪ Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience

▪Experience of working within a Spa environment desirable

▪A passion for wellbeing

▪Positive communication skills with the ability to engage our guests

▪Driven to deliver exceptional treatments with 5-star customer feedback

▪High standard of personal appearance

▪Self-motivated: enthusiasm and passion are a must

▪Willing to work evenings and weekends
