How To Use

We’re not out to complicate your life (small steps, big difference!), so our face oil is super easy to use, can be slotted into your night time routine and will help you get that ultimate eight hours.
- Massage 2 to 3 drops into your face - that's enough to use on your whole face.
- Then cup your hands over your nose, and breathe in for 7 seconds, and out for 11 seconds.
- Do this slowly, a few times. Use before bed only and avoid the eye area.
