- For nourished and glowing skin apply the Great Day Glow SPF 30 Moisturiser daily and before make up as a 3-in-1 moisturiser, SPF and primer.
- Keep hands nourished and your mind invigorated throughout the day with the Energising Hand Balm. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.
- Energise your mind and home with the Feel Refreshed Scented Candle. Burn the candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 to ensure the wax burns evenly and the Essential Oils can fully pool and fill the room.
- After a long soak in the bath pour a small handful of the precious Real Luxury Body Oil into your hands. Apply directly to the skin and massage for an amazing skin smoothing treat. Clothes can be worn directly after application. Or massage the wonderfully-whippy Magnesium Body Butter for sleep onto dry skin to nourish and breathe in the relaxing aroma.
- Spritz your pillow spray. Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Enjoy a deep night's sleep and look forward to a fresh tomorrow.

Feel Refreshed Scented Candle:
Caution:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Trim wicks to about 1cm before lighting. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
