Terms & Conditions

1. Arrival

Please make sure that you leave enough time to get to your appointment. You will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointed therapist treatment time, so that you can take our scent discovery test and fill out your consultation form. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are late, but this may impact your treatment time if we have other bookings arranged immediately after yours. If you arrive after your appointment time, your treatment may be shortened out of consideration for the next guest.

2. Health Conditions

When making your bookings please advise us of any health conditions and medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your GP/ health advisor. Please discuss with your NEOM therapist for further information.

We ask all our customers to complete a treatment consultation form upon arrival so that you can keep us informed of all issues relevant to your treatment. There is also an opportunity to discuss with your therapist any issues that you may have any concern about.

3. Pregnancy

We are reviewing our treatments for pregnant ladies and until that time will not be offering a full pregnancy massage. However, we welcome you in to experience a complimentary mini wellness treatment.

4. Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment may be charged. No refunds will be made due to the non-availability of any particular therapist.

5. Age Policy

Our treatments are specially created for adults, however, we do offer treatments for 16-18 year olds with parental consent and supervision.

6. Privacy

In order to proceed with a treatment, you will be asked to provide certain personal information to Neom. We will use all personal information that you provide to us for your treatment in accordance with our Treatment Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found here.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased in store are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Change for unused voucher amounts cannot be given, but you may purchase products with any amount remaining on your voucher. If you wish to use a gift voucher, please call the store which you want to visit to arrange your appointment. The voucher must be presented when you attend for your treatment.

9. Complimentary Treatment Upgrade Terms

Complimentary treatment upgrade terms apply: Offer of complimentary 30 minutes treatment upgrade applies to any single 60 minute treatment in NEOM Guildford Treatment Rooms excluding Facial. The offer is valid on treatment bookings placed before 31st December 2019 and redeemed on or before 31st January 2020.
