Massage 2 to 3 drops of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Face Oil with circular motions
Cup your hands together and breathe in for 7 seconds, out for 11
Scoop up some Wonder Balm onto your finger and apply for a little moment of skin soothing TLC (on lips or dry patches)
